Cost: $8 per camping spot per night (max 3 night stay). Pay at information centre in township during business hours or there is an honesty box if out of hours.

Barcoo River camping ground is a large open area next to town. The area is subject to flooding during rain and can become very boggy when this occurs.  There are no designated sites.  Dogs are permitted on leash.  Fires are not permitted.
