Bookings:  You cannot book at this campground but there is plenty of room so that shouldn't be a problem.

The Bendeela Recreation Area is a large open area for camping set on the banks of the Kangaroo River. There are no designated sites so you can set up anywhere you like.  The township nearby is lovely and great for a visit.  There are many bare-nosed wombats in the campground so you need to mindful to drive slowly.  The waterhole has a large ramp which is used to launch kayaks.
