The road into this camping area is graded with some corrugations but accessible by most off-road vehicles.  This area sits right on the beach with some shelter sheds and shaded areas.  There are no designated sites. There are interesting remainders of Cape York’s 18th and 19th century history here as this was once a homestead run by the Jardine family.  There is also a boat ramp here and dogs are permitted.
